The HMS Multi Light Mounting System is composed of three individual components that let you customize the mounting system for your exact tank and number of Hydra LED modules. The track system lets you slide your lights from side to side allowing you to position them perfectly for the best coverage and reduction in shadowing.
Aqua Illumination constructed the HMS Mounting System and its components vastly out of high-quality aluminum that will not rust over time and keeps things lightweight. The mounting feet can accept any thickness of tank, whether rimmed or rimless it doesn't matter.
HMS Mounting System Components:
HMS Multi Light Mount Kit - Includes vertical HMS rails and mounting feet that can sit on the side of your aquarium's rim.
HMS Single Light Mount - Includes vertical & horizontal HMS rails with tank attachment to mount a single Hydra LED light
HMS Hanging Kit - Allows you to suspend the HMS Tracks from your ceiling or wall brackets.
HMS Multi Light Track - Select the track that matches the length of your tank
HMS Hydra 32 or HMS Hydra 64 Bracket - Custom brackets that hold your particular Hydra LED light and lets you slide and spin each light individually for the perfect positioning.

Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, this will work with a Euro-Braced tank.

Great question! These should work with with euro-braced aquariums as they do not use any internal screws to fasten the light to the tank.
Happy reefing! :)

The HMS light arms have adjustable height with a maximum height is 13 inches.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
The HMS is mounted by a bracket resting on the rim of the aquarium. The upright legs are on the outside of the tank and is the only way to properly mount them in order for the light bracket to fit. :)
The feet will extent 7/8" from the outside edge of the tank. Being made of plastic it is possible to trim the down but doing so will reduce the stability of the entire mount so I wouldn't recommend it.
I would agree that using the Prime Hanging Kit brackets to mount the Primes to the rail is your best bet.
As for adding lights that is going to depend entirely on your goals for PAR levels. With the shallow depth of the tank adding 2 Primes or at the most two Hydra 26s should get you well within the ranges of most SPS corals throughout most of the tank. Just be sure to place the most demanding corals higher up on the rock or closer to the Hydra 26s. Alternating the Primes with the Hydras will give you spread.
The HMS tank mount only includes the vertical mount pieces and mounting hardware. The track sections are sold separately and are available here https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/multi-light-hms-track-aqua-illumination.html in several lengths up to 73.5".
