Can I use my BRS Rewards Points?

Yes, your existing BRS Rewards Points (Preferred Reefer Program) can be used on BRS Fresh orders and you will continue to earn additional BRS Rewards Points when shopping BRS Fresh. 

Will I pay for shipping twice if I need saltwater supplies too?

No, BRS Fresh and BRS Salt (BulkReefSupply.com) share the same shopping cart and checkout. That means you can get both freshwater and saltwater aquarium supplies together in a single order. 

Where will my items ship from?

Most of the freshwater products on BRS Fresh will ship from our primary facility in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The only exceptions are advertised drop-shipped items that ship directly from the manufacturer and frozen/refrigerated foods which are shipped via priority overnight delivery from a separate location. Accurate arrival dates will show during checkout and no matter what you order, you only have to checkout once! 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation upon completing your checkout.  A separate email will arrive thereafter with tracking information once your order is completed and shipped by our warehouse staff.
