Unfortunately it will not, they only accommodate up to the 40W UV.

What diameter pipe do they hold? Both my sterilizers are made from different diameter pipe. What size are the clamps?

These clamps are designed for all Aqua Ultraviolet classic sterilizers or for any 2" SCH40/80 PVC pipe or equivalent equipment.
