The Sicce Nano Micron internal filter is the perfect compact filter for small freshwater aquariums & turtle tanks. The 52 GPH pump effectively pulls water into the filter where a mechanical filtration sponge removes detritus and other debris. On the pump, you'll find a water flow adjuster, which allows you to reduce the amount of water flowing through the filter, if desired. From there, just place the filter into the aquarium using the included suction cups and you're ready to go. 

If you'd like to use filter media in your Nano Micron, you can pick up a Micron media cartridge, or consider purchasing the Micron Internal Filter, which comes with media, instead.
