In a fully decorated aquarium, it can be nearly impossible to catch some fish and invertebrates without causing damage to your rockscape and corals, as well as significant stress to you and your fish. The included mounting bracket is adjustable for use on standard aquarium trim or euro-braced aquariums. In order to ensure the safety of the fish you are catching, purchase a trap size with sufficient width to accommodate the length of the fish you plan to catch. Just place the trap in a secluded area of the tank, add a small bit of food such as a piece of shrimp or your fish’s favorite treat inside of the feeding tube, and then sit back patiently and wait to spring the trap with the draw-string.
