Any issues with putting an IM 15 AIO on here? I see the dimensions are 3/4” bigger all the way around but due to the top of the stand not being one solid piece I’m not so sure.

I would not recommend it since the tank dimensions do not line up with the stand.

Is it safe to put the Eschopps nano sump in there? it looks like there's a raised platform on the bottom and I'm not sure that could hold the weight. If not, could I remove that platform and put the sump directly on the floor?

Yes, you can put a stand on the raised bottom. It has a cross bean that we would not recommend taking out.
