AF Life Bio Media is a natural, pre-seeded biological filtration medium designed for freshwater aquariums. Because it already contains specially selected bacterial strains, use of Life Bio Media supports nitrifiation, accelerating the cycling proccess in new aquariums. In addition to jump starting the biological filtration in freshly setup tanks, this medium will also boost filtration efficiency in already established aquariums.

Use:
Place the contents of the package in your filter basket. 250 ml of AF Life Bio Media is sufficient for 100 litres of water.
Maintenance:
It is recommended to replace ½ of the medium every six months. Do not dry, rinse in running water, or rinse in warm water. Rinse only in aquarium water, outside of the main tank.
