Makes up to 75 Gallons of RODI Water Per Day!
BRS 5 Stage Systems are our most popular systems and are great for a majority of wells, along with city water that is treated with chlorine, or small amounts of chloramines. The single Color Changing DI stage comes on its own bracket allowing you to customize the installation depending on the space you have available. Every BRS RODI system can be installed within minutes with the easy to use Mur-lok push-connect fittings that allow you to make leak-free connections.
PLUS RO/DI System Included Upgrades
- HM Digital Inline Dual TDS Meter - Instantly know the purity of your water, before and after the deionization stage. The inline probes come pre-installed and with the simple push of a button, your waters TDS is displayed on the LDC monitor.
- Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge - Reverse Osmosis membranes require a particular amount of pressure to operate efficiently, and using a pressure gauge will help ensure your system is performing correctly. Pressure Gauges also work as a great indicator of when sediment or carbon blocks start to become clogged.
- Membrane Flush Valve - Keep your RODI system running like new by flushing the membrane for a few minutes before and after each use. Membrane flushing helps remove any built-up mineral deposits from your membrane, that could harm performance, or even cause a complete clog.
5 Stage Value Plus Water Saver RO/DI Features:
Dual Inline TDS Meter | Flush Kit | Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge
- Produce 0 TDS water
- Dual Universal Carbon Blocks
- Multiple source water connections
- Mur-lok Push Connect dual EPDM O-Ring fittings
- 10 Ft Each of 1/4" Blue, Red and Black Tubing
- Pre-installed NSF Certified Filters
All Bulk Reef Supply RO/DI Systems are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Bulk Reef Supply RO/DI systems only use the latest filters and components in Reverse Osmosis technology. We have designed our RO/DI units especially for reef tanks, but they can produce perfect water for other types of saltwater and freshwater aquariums too. If you have a well, or you are connected to city water we offer a variety of RO/DI systems that will fit your aquarium's needs.
4 Stage RO/DI Systems - Perfect for city water that is treated with low amounts of chlorine, or well water with very minimal contaminants. Four stage RODI systems are a great solution if you only connect your RODI system temporarily or have little space to dedicate to storing a RODI system.
5 Stage RO/DI Systems - Our most popular systems handle common impurities found in well water along with most types of city water treated with chlorine including small amounts of chloramines.
6 Stage RO/DI Systems - If you are not sure what is in your water, or it contains excessive amounts of TDS or hard to remove contaminants like chloramines, phosphates, nitrates, silicates, etc. The BRS 6 Stage systems are designed to effectively treat any water your home may have prior to using it in your aquarium. The Dual DI stage helps with the hard to remove ions like ammonia, phosphates, silicates, etc.
5 Stages of Filtration
Stage 1
GE ROSave.Z 1 Micron Depth Sediment Filter
Made in the USA and made for Reverse Osmosis applications and will last up to twice as long as other conventional depth sediment filters. The longer lasting filters help protect the more expensive carbon blocks allowing you to save money.

Stage 2 & 3
BRS 1 Micron Universal Carbon Block (Chlorine 35,000@1 GPM / Chloramines 3,500@0.5 GPM)
Our Universal Carbon Blocks are manufactured with high-quality catalytic active carbon that is then extruded with up to 30% more carbon than standard carbon blocks. These blocks are excellent at removing VOC, chlorine, and chloramines.

Stage 4
75 GPD Dow Filmtec Membrane (up to 99% rejection rate*)
3:1 Waste to Product Water Ratio
DOW is hands down the industry leader for residential RO membranes. The 75 GPD Filmtec membrane can remove up to 99% of contaminants from traditional household drinking water. All membranes do require pressure to operate correctly, and DOW membranes require 50 PSI of feed pressure to operate efficiently.

Stage 5
Nuclear Grade Color Changing Deionization Resin
Deionization resin is the final stage of the RODI system and can polish your water down to 0 TDS. The DI resin is a mixed bed with a color changing indicator to let you know when it is becoming depleted. The resin starts as a dark blue color that will turn gold when as it becomes exhausted and is a good indicator to let you know when to start looking at your TDS meter.

5 Stage Value 75 GPD RO/DI System Recommended Conditions:
- Minimum Water Pressure - 50 PSI
- Max Water Pressure - 90 PSI
- Recommended Water Temperature - 77°F
- Recommended Max TDS - <500ppm
- Waste to Product Water Ratio - 3:1
Water pressure can be increased by adding a booster pump before your RO/DI system. Low pressure may cause the RODI system to produce excessive waste water. Pressure over 90 PSI may cause damage to the RO/DI units filters and components.
*DOW Filmtec 75 GPD Membranes have a 96% - 99% typical stabilized salt rejection rate that can be reproduced through the following conditions;
- Source Water Pressure - 50 PSI / Membrane
- Source Water Temperature - 77°F
- Source Water TDS - 250ppm Softened Tap Water
- Recovery - 15%
- Minimum Salt Rejection - 96%

Product Questions
Thank you for reaching out to us. No there is no concern because of this. They will refill when started again. They stay moist in between runs. . Maybe let run for a few minutes before recapturing new water supply. Please let me know if you need anything further.
My pSI is pretty consistent at 68 pounds. During operation. TDS says zero after the creep.
What is the range for the system to still produce zero TDS water.
Min pounds?
Max poinds?
Sometimes it fluctuates when somebody around the house turns the water on or off. That is why I’m asking.
You can use this kit to add a faucet for drinking water:

Sediment = 4-6 months
Carbon = 4-6 months
DI = Completely dependent on Source Water TDS
Membranes = 2-3 years

Can you please elaborate on this question
“Please note that RODI systems will filter all minerals from your tap water giving you purified water. Also; Alkalinity Test kits for salt water will not give you accurate results with RODI water. Thanks.
Answer by: Christian (BRS Staff) on Nov 28, 2021, 1:47 PM”
So after I add salt, will my Hanna alkalinity test correct?
I ordered a 5 stage today and want to start mixing my own salt. Not sure about all the ins and outs.
Thanks for your time.
The Hanna Test kit will read accurately with salt water, but pure RODI water without any salt added will not work with saltwater test kits. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
Thank you for asking. The RO membranes should last 3-5 years or longer. An indication of membrane failure would be increased flow and high TDS in the product water.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a great day.
Thank you for reaching out to us. You can see all the five stage kits at the link below.
