Its porous foam design also supports the growth of beneficial bacteria for effective biological filtration. Simply slip it over your filter intake to improve water quality and extend the life of your filter media.
Rinse monthly in tank water to maintain filter performance.
Compatibility
These pre-filters are designed for Marineland Penguin Pro and Emperor Pro filters but may also be compatible with other filter models that use similarly sized intake tubes.
