We are happy to accept returns on Open Box purchases within 30 days!

We personally review each and every product individually to guarantee it is in full, working order. It is our goal to ensure your satisfaction and all Open Box products can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (we are unable to do exchanges at this time) just contact us for RMA information. All open box items returned must be in the same condition they were sold as, with all included accessories. If they are not, BRS reserves the right to charge a small 10% restocking fee.

Open Box Warranty

If you have an issue, contact us, and we guarantee we will make it right. We warranty all Open Box sales for 30 days from purchase directly through us. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to open box sale items since it is common for warranties to apply to new products sales only. For warranty claims, we do require the item be sent back to us for testing and evaluation before a full refund will be issued.

Damaged in shipping?

It doesn't happen often but In the event an item is damaged in transit or shows up defective don't worry, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping and issue you a full refund for the purchase price of the damaged item (we are unable to do exchanges at this time). All damaged products and packaging must be kept, as UPS may need to inspect the package in order to evaluate it. Emailing us pictures of the damage isn't always necessary, but it is greatly appreciated. Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival.

We sell a variety of products at a discount simply because the box was opened due to internal testing or perhaps a fellow reefer changed their mind, a skimmer didn't fit properly, or for a variety of other reasons. Lucky for you, this means savings on brands and products that otherwise are rarely on sale - score! Each item is individually reviewed and given a grade depending on its overall condition and appearance.

Reward Points & Returns

Reward points earned on the original order will be deducted from the account upon accepting the return. If the Reward Points have already been used the overall refund will have a corresponding deduction.

  • You may use your own shipping method or utilize our $9.99 flat-rate return shipping (per package) and we will email you a UPS label(s).
  • Open Box items returned after 30 days will be returned to you free of charge
